When a potential buyer calls:

*Get their full name and phone number.

*Set up appointment to show property.

*Confirm time and ask them to let you know if they can not make it or if they are going to be late.

*Make sure they have directions.

*Don't negotiate on the phone. Ask them to come and see the property and to discuss details in person.
